Hello Hello Hello, we have come to the very last part of my blog post during the time I have gone out and been missing from all of the internet action. Chos. haha. So anyway, yes I'm back here in the Philippines now, taking a rest and fixing my visa for Spain. I just couldn't wait to go to San Sebastian. I feel a bit nervous, but it should be good since i'll be going there to learn. But first as promised, here is the video of my graduation speech at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Bangkok, Thailand. It had everyone rolling, maybe I didn't want a serious speech at all. lol. and I know, I love talking. ENJOY!!!
So for the last part, which I think everyone didn't get, what I said was
"If you crave for something and if you really want it, even if it's just McDonalds, just eat your heart out and you will be happy for the rest of your life. If you die from eating McDonalds, well then you at least you had a very Happy Meal"
Okay enough about cheesiness. So yes I'm back home and I'm totally missing school and Bangkok and the food and everything else!!! I was just really attached to my room, which I really love. And my street which sells food and everything else! I miss my 50baht per day meals. It's just nostalgic knowing that I wont be back in Bangkok for a long time. But Bangkok is near anyway. So move back to the Philippines, before that me and my mom packed all of my stuff, some I left with my landlord, but still my excess baggage was 20 kilos! I thought I could find a leeway for a discount but then I had to pay 300$. Ughh. NOTE: never ever ride CEBU PACIFIC if you have too much baggage. They're just really brutal with it. One time I took Thai Airways to Bangkok and had 10 kilos of excess, they said it's fine. But Cebu Pacific, ugh, don't even try bargaining.

I also met up with friends, Marianne and Cha, my batch mates from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit and went around Taguig. Had a good lunch with them at Kabisera, Bonifacio Heights. Good service, good vibes, good food. Also met up with my friends Agnes and Carlo.
So after my week of stay in Manila, I went home to Cotabato City, my hometown, to see my family, my dogs and relatives. I just miss home. :)))) I LOVE HOME. Then we went to Davao to to meet with my friend Agnes, who is that time, on leave from their semester break and also we celebrated Halloween which is the same date as to my mom's birthday. So it's an annual obligation to have a costume party. This year, the theme was to have a headdress or anything stuck on your head. I wanted to look like a gift, and so I made a hat with a bow. And finally we went to the beach.
Oh earlier btw was the Pacquiao - Margarito fight. I didn't really wanna watch as it is really painful to see Pacquiao get hurt. Well 8 titles, what can you say? He finished Margarito just like a Margarita....with rock salt. lol. Congrats and just so you know, I need a million dollars. thanks. hahahahah And btw, i'm much more interested about Pacquiao spawning the Philippine National Television rather than hearing about President NoyNoy Aquino's love life. ulk

I mostly did everything. I did, Chocolate Orange Marmalade Tart, Turmeric Rice, Chicken Ballotine, Beef Stew Navarin, Creamy Olive Pasta, John Dory Baked in Mornay Sauce and the rest were brought by my aunts
