It was my sister's first time to watch at the Paragon Cineplex. And so was my 2nd. But I haven't been to the Main Cinema Hall number 4. GOD. IT'S HUMONGOUS. Panis ang Rockwell!!! We watched Inception. Okay question... At the end, when Leonardo tried to spin his totem, did it tumble as well? or was he just dreaming? Because seriously, I find it psychotic. But anyway, I was more blown away by the Cineplex. :))))))))) Then we roamed around Mangpong, and saw a big Charice pillar. haha. A PILLAR of Charice. And some Filipino Music CDs and DVDs. AMAZING.
The following day, we finally made another touristic trip by going to Ayutthaya. And since we wanted adventure we opted to go the hard way. By train. So we went to Hua Lamphong Train Station and for more adventure, we took the THIRD CLASS vessel for 15 baht a piece. AWESOME. It was like our Slumdog Millionaire moment. It wasn't dirty at all nor icky, it was just slow. SLOW AS FUCK. How slow is a fuck? Like fucking slow. ETA was 1 1/2 hours but we got there for more than 2 hours and a half. WTHELL RIGHT?!?? But it's okay. TIP, never take the train. Take the 60baht van at victory monument. It'll be just an hour ride anyway. :))))
But anyway we arrived at Ayutthaya, had a quick lunch, and bargained our price away for a tuktuk tour for 400baht for 3 hours. Not bad! Well we went to 6 Temples and a bunch of monuments. I got a headache because of too much heat. Bring water and an extra shirt because you'll be frying yourself under the heat of the sun. AMAZING!. And bring 50baht for each temple. Farang always has a price to pay. damn it. But let me tell you, it's better than seeing Grand Palace. I SWEAR!!! I felt like I never needed to go to Siem Reap just to see Ankor Wat. joke. Angkor Wat is something else, but this is how the feeling should be. Well, partly.
OMG TRIVIA: remember the movie Mortal Kombat Annihilation? Some parts of it were filmed in one of Ayutthaya's temples.

our 400 baht tuktuk.
The next day was Charice's day mall tour day. She just got back from Japan that time. OMFG we never thought that we could be really much excited about it. So we went to the Charice tour and oh my god... MAJOR CROWD. About a thousand or more came just to see Charice. And to tell you the truth, Thais were mostly the crowd.
After our Charice moment, we went to Sukhumvit to have a last dinner @ Long Table with my sister. Apparently she thought her flight was the next day of 00:45. Sadly my sister doesn't know the difference of military time and 12 hour. So while we were having our last dinner, those hours, we were supposed to be heading to the airport. So good thing about Cebu Pacific is that they don't RESCHEDULE TICKETS. It would be acceptable if they would just ask for a no-show fee of about 1000baht or 500 baht. But low costly, they were asking for 13,000 baht. Fuck you Cebu Pacific. So we had to buy another one online. GREAT. Just GREAT!!!
But anyway about Long Table, I wasn't really happy with the food. It's overpriced, though good service. But the food is just, plain. We ordered Braised Beef in Curry, Pad Thai Jay, Chang Mai Sausage and Crabmeat Stuffing w/ fish w/ salad. Curry was too sweet, not enough peanuts, pad thai was okay. Chang Mai sausage was awesome. But the interiors of the place was impressive. I lovessss et. It's overlooking Ratchadapisek road. Long table is at 25TH FLOOR | 48 COLUMN BLDG. SUKHUMVIT SOI 16
